CONTEXT

Surf Lifesaving Great Britan (SLSGB) is a not-for-profit organisation supporting independent local surf clubs nationwide, providing training, volunteer support, rescue services, and events. Over five years, membership doubled to 10,000, yet revenue remained stagnant. With a bold target of increasing annual revenue eight-fold within three years, SLS faced a significant challenge – its small core team lacked the experience and capacity to develop a strategy and design a transformation program to execute such rapid growth.
