Sarah founded Flux with a clear mission to provide cut-through advice and sustainable solutions to help make change happen. After 25 years of advising clients across the world on the delivery of change, and watching so many struggle she had a vision to help solve some of the most complex and common transformation problems.
Sarah crafted methods to help bring cut-through to the most common challenge areas – getting started, getting back on track and landing the outcome. By weaving creativity together with top-tier consulting approaches and world class program leadership we can game-change a transformation. This unique combination sits at the heart of the Flux methods.

Sarah Conibear
Founder, Speaker & Transformation Expert
Our founder, Sarah has built and led transformation practices for some of the world’s leading blue-chip companies and top-tier consulting firms globally as a senior partner and practice leader. She has extensive global experience in delivering complex transformations across various sectors and jurisdictions, managing billions of dollars and hundreds of programs.
Known for her transformation expertise, system-thinking, speed, and client-first mindset, she’s often described as peerless in her field.
James Dennis
Transformation Director, Consulting Lead
James is our Flux consulting leader and brings extensive advisory and delivery experience from the big 4 and Accenture. His advice has supported national and multinational clients through their most complex transformations.
His experience ranges from enterprise portfolio management; major business case development; multi-pathway delivery framework implementation; transformation delivery and change leadership roles in cost reduction, growth, high profile risk and regulatory contexts.
Anni Crowley
Transformation HQ Lead
Anni has joined Flux with a wealth of experience across strategy, planning and execution programs within small and Global businesses including Accenture. Her consulting experience covers a broad range of industries and engagement types with both local and global clients.
Anni has a strong background in finance operations, Offshore turnaround, process improvement and end-to-end supply chains. As a Chartered Accountant, her super power is using data analytics to enhance Executive decision making.
